No, it's not a DJI battery.
The clues are:

This battery is Fully decoded, You can use it as an Original battery without any question.

Also notice the groove near the power button, Real DJI batteries don't have that. Plus they are offering a 3 yr warranty, DJI only has 6 months on theirs.
