i am becoming a little flustered and hoping to get an answer. Monday talked with a man about my brand new P4 and was decided that it needed to be sent back, gave him info said I would get the info via email in 24 hrs. did not so then talked with someone on line tues. that told me the same thing but it would be 24 to 48 hrs. it has now been 144 hrs and counting I am concerned that I am not ggoing to get any help. this was a lot of money for me and I wouid just like to fly my P4. Is this common or am I faaling through the cracks
