Hi ive been flying within sightbut up high (legal limits) and it says loss of signal for a couple of seconds. Any help would be great

There's very little detail in your post but if you were straight up above yourself, straight above is always going to be the worst angle for good signal.
Go straight up and you will lose signal even though you could be at the same height but much further out without trouble.
You probably only lost video signal rather than control signal.
It's normal for the video signal to be lost before contrlo  signal.

Hello, please try to adjust the antenna ,make sure the antenna is in correct orientation and try to go to an open field with little interference around.

Yep...avoid flying directly above you.  Watch the video on proper antenna placement.  Consider laying down 10 bucks on parabolic range boosters.
