Hi guys,

I had the X3 for a while and was pretty good at getting crazy smooth footage using the OSMO in the flash light position and only supporting it with a couple of fingers beneath. I could walk even run and you could think it was footage from a drone.

I've recently upgraded to the X5, but I didn't expect it to be that big and heavy. it means I have to really hold on to it tightly when walking which unfortunately makes the movement a lot less smooth. You can really 'feel' the steps in the footage. Holding it in flash light mode seems to work less well than in the vertical mode.

What does everyone use / how does everyone hold on to it to maximse stabilization?  I can only find stuff for the X3 online, nothing on the X5.

Thanks a million, J

it doesn't bounce so much as an up and down but more as a slight left to right, movement, which kind of ruins every shot.

Hum, I didn't know using flashlight mode can reduce bobbing. Thanks for your tip.
