Recently my video recording abilty stopped working.  I can see everything on my iPad in flight but when I push the record button on the controller nothing happens.  Several times I have gotten a SD card error message.  I have used three new SD cards with the same result.  I have upgraded firmware and the operating system on my iPad.   Called DJI support and this is all they offered.  REALLY FRUSTRATING as I have missed some great video that i wanted to record that was weather dependant.  HELP!!!!

Sorry for the inconvenience, Dean.Which drone and card do you use? Can the cards be formatted via the app normally?

Phantom 4   ScanDisk extreme plus 32 GB  and PNY Elite-X 64GB  App does not seem to be able to format the memory cards

Do not have that card anymore

Can you format the SanDisk in Fat 32 and the PNY in ExFat on your computer.  Are they recognized?  I believe that both are class 10 cards, is that correct?
