I have a controller A2.
Currently I construct its own drone and think to buy controller A3.
I am interested in, is there a possibility in flight controller A3 to exclude limit -No Fly Zone similar to A2 flight controller.
Only thing will be decisive for the purchase of a flight controller.
Excuse me for the bad English, but use online google translator.

The A3 does have No Fly Zones, however, you can contact the FlySafe team for necessary exceptions.

Thanks for the answer at all.
In Bulgaria there is no law to regulate such flights.
No control authority to punish or sanction

Based on what I can see from the GeoSystem site, you do not seem to have any No Fly Zones to speak of, you should be fine:

Also, it is already legal to fly within 5 miles of airport as long as you call the control tower for that airport.    The FAA regulations already allow this if you notify ATCT...Air Traffic Control Tower.

To quote from the FAA...

When flown within 5 miles of an airport, the operator of the aircraft provides
the airport operator and the airport air traffic control tower (when an air traffic
facility is located at the airport) with prior notice of the operation.

The above taken from the top of page 69 of 684 pages.   Here is a link on the FAA website to CFR 107.

http://www.faa.gov/uas/media/RIN_2120-AJ60_Clean_Signed.pdf

There is NOTHING that prohibits our operation within 5 miles as long as you notify ATC staff in the control tower of the drone operation.

DJI you should know this already.  Ask your employees in the USA, Blade Strike and Tahoe Ed.  They are moderators here I believe.

Thanks

What is your answer to this, DJI?????????
