Having attended a "DJI New Pilot Experience" event a few months ago I can tell you they are not for new pilots seeking to learn to fly, nor seeking to get hands on experience in the company of other pilots.

They are nothing more than glorified sales pitches for high end DJI drones for commercial operation.  Almost every question was answered by circling back around to "you need an Inspire minimum" in one way or another.

I was very disappointed by the experience and already knew most of the stuff about regulations and licensing that was presented.

Don't shoot the messenger...
