Hey Ken DJI - Thanks -- I responded to note here telling me to send in the drone and I responded with...
1) Where do I send it
2) What items do I send (drone, RC, chip, props, ??)   I have heard nothing from anyone except you.   
Can you help get these answers so I'm not without my drone the entire summer?

To clarify, have you already received a RMA from the North American Support Center? Did you see whether you qualify for a shipping label? Most customers just send in the aircraft with the RC. If there are power issues involved with the craft, the battery may be needed.

No, I have not received an RMA. The only note I received from the company was to tell me to send in a run-down of the problem and what was done up to this point, which I did. That was the last communication with the company. All other communication has taken place here in the Forum.My drone is around 6-7 months old.
