Just bought this Phantom4 worked great first 5 times. Updated the firm ware now anti collision won't work. Called up tell support the kid was worthless. Re- updated firmware now no anti collision and it say battery critical while on a full charge. Anyone have a solution?

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues. Could you clarify if you performed any IMU and gimbal calibrations after performing the update to ensure that all the sensors are refreshed? When you see the critical battery warning, do you see an actual deviation in the cells in the voltage section of the app? What other troubleshooting steps have you done thus far? What mobile device do you use?
