Hi all, the X5R's SSD Reader is no longer mounting after an OS El Capitan ver. 10.11.6 update (even changed USB 3.0 cords & Disk Utility is not seeing it).
Also, after launching Cinelight there are NO Movie Clips appearing on the left-sided list anymore (90% of them appeared before this update).
I'm using MacBook Pro Retina 2.6GHz Intel Core i7 8GB memory.

Yesterday I was told, by DJI Support, to do this "needed upgrade" in  order to "see All Clips" and to be able to output any LUTs (I wanted to  Export DNG RAW files with DLog).

Anyone else having these issues?  PLEASE chime in, my client needs these clips transferred to his hard disk ASAP.
Thanks!

The SSD reader cannot be hot mounted.  You need to reboot the system to see it. Your problem has nothing to do with the El Capitan upgrade. If rebooting doesn't work, there is a hardware problem.
