Humm don't know what else to say. Maybe the firmware update will resolve that. I also had a problem updating until I read that someone suggested to format the SD card with exfat instead of fat32. That solution worked for me.
This looks like a failed FW update. You will need to post the hidden log file from the SD card for review. This may show the FW failed on the camera. Downgrading the FW and reinstalling the FW might fix this issue
To clarify, did this happen after a firmware update, a hard landing or is this happening right out of the box? Have you ensured that the gimbal is properly secured to the vibration board?
I am wondering if we overlooked the simple stuff? Okay, can I ask a dumb question. Did you remove the .BIN file from the FW zip folder and place this .BIN file on a freshly formatted SD card? When you power up the Inspire with the .BIN file in the camera, can you hear the beeps while it reads the FW?
It seems strange that you would not get the Inspire to engage the FW file at all.

Fresh format, yes on the BIN file. Tried different cards, formats, versions. Cant get it to do anything. It acts the same with or without a card. Except with a card the light is green.
