When I Un boxed the Slave RC and turned it on it has a red light and const beeping. I upgraded the firm ware and linked it to the Master but no changes.
Overall Status says disconect fron Aircraft and go into RC setup and calabrate Joysticks, I cannot find this option.

Any Ideas?

watch this video and you can calibrate your remote. the P3 and Inspire will follow this same procedure

You would go into the Camera View in the DJI Go app. Go to the RC section, which you can tap the RC icon to access and tap Remote Controller Calibration. Hit Calibrate and follow the instructions on the screen.

I do not have that option.
