I've given up trying to get basic information from them, I don't like getting hung up on very much specially when I am being polite and pleasant!!!
I went and bought a p4 and another p3. So I don't want to burden you guys with the work that the repair center should be doing in the first place. Just to answer 3 simple questions!!! It's now nearly two weeks since they invoiced me and gave me 7 days to pay, I have no problem paying, but their invoice did not mention other problems that I had with the p3 and I wanted to add a new camera. But can't get answers. I don't like to rant and complain much but if I had customer service at my companies like multi billion dollar dji has, I sure as day would fire every single one of them!! Enough is enough, they have had plenty of time to adjust to the incredible sales volume dji has had in the past couple years, invest some of the money in customer service infra structure for God sake!
None of this is directed at you guys who do a wonderful job. Just had to let out some steam knowing that all this is going to fall on deaf ears at the powers to be!
