Wrecked my P3S two weeks ago. Went to "Follow Me" and the bird took off in the opposite direction as fast as it could and smacked a tree. The service was quick to respond and let me know how to prepare my P3S to ship back correctly. They received it on a Thursday and by Friday midday I was notified my quad had been repaired free of charge (the wreck happened on the 2nd day of owning it). Was notified it shipped on that Saturday and was back in my hands the next Friday! I'm not sure what they did, but the repairs seemed to make the P3S fly even better!
