Ware can I get a replacement filter as the one that came in the case of the camara was shatterd?

I'd suggest you check with the vendor where you purchased it, to start with.

I did they have no replacemant  and to contact DJI

Either contact DJI or try to find it on the WWW (Google is our friend).

DJI should replace it at no charge. But only heaven knows how long that could take.
