Why wasn't my P4 retail box returned with my repair

DJi-Ken,

I sent my Phantom 4 in for repair, as per your companies instructions, I sent the drone & controller in the styrofoam case inside of the white retail box and then packed into another box, Today when my repaired unit arrived, I found that they did not return my white retail box, they shipped back my drone in the styrofoam case and a brown box.

If I would have know they were going to keep it, I would have never sent the drone back with the retail box.

I have contacted support and hope that they do the right thing and send back my box,  Could you please look into this?

This happened to me as well. I made note of it on this forum, in the ticket, on the phone, etc. Never did get it back.
