Hi
Same problem than other owners.
read all the threads, youtube video ...i suspect faulty camera video transmitting board so far
Updated firmwares on the craft and the remote.
remote whent succesfully.
craft not so easy.it says  on the ipad status that the firmware is up to date to aircraft: 1.9.1.30+ wich look like the latest one but when i try to update by putting the new firmware on an sd card and trying to install it the update crashes ( 4 times so far) . it should beep normally saying that my firmware is up to date ...not crashing the installation ?
now firmware version are:
apps: 2.8.7
aircraft: 1.9.1.30+
remote: 1.7.40
camera: 1.9.1.10
i record with the camera no problem , control the gimbal, adjust the focus.
the only problem is No Signal on my ipad air screen ...no matter restarting the remote resetting the remote. resetting the Ipad, uninstalling DJI go apps et reinstalling....

please help

Are you saying that everything works except you have NO VIDEO ? If so do the following :

We need to see the Hidden file on the SD card that you used for the Aircraft update.  Look at lines 0800 and 1500, If they say device not detected, then you must send it in for repair.  If it has the correct updates , then we need to look elsewhere.

By the way the + sign after the firmware version means that the system has been updated but it must update to the DJI servers, dont keep trying to update as it is already completed, this is where the failure may have occured.

Did you happen to have the Transmitter on when you were updating the aircraft ?  This can cause the Video board to be broken or corrupted.

that correct ...i can control the gimbal, start recording, adjust the focus, change the iso setting, it record the video, ican view back all the shot i took with the camera ...exept no video feed from the bird !

This is all I need.  The Camera must be sent in for repair, this can happen for a variety of reasons , the most common is leaving the Transmitter on during an update of the aircraft.

The only thing you could try is to downgrade to the previous firmware, this only works in about 10% of cases , ( If that )  more than likeley , just get a RMA number from DJI and send it in , explain that you have the log and  lines 0800 and 1500 say " device not detected "  

Sorry to have to tell you this , but I am sure of this, not my first time seeing this .

Based on the information provided, I concur with Donnie. A RMA would be needed in order to address the issue.
