Need help guys ordered some DJI lenses for my phantom 4 and now I can't get the ND 08 filter off I'm positive it wasn't cross threaded but it only turns a little both ways.  Would appreciate any recommendations.

There are several threads on similar issues. Seems to be corrosion issue.  Long instructions are in other threads on how to carefully work it off and suggestions for preventing future issues.

Just be very gentle , don't squeeze it hard or it will make thigs more difficult, have a look at this Thread, it may give you some ideas.

I am having the same exact problem. I have tried rubber bands, rubber gloves, etc. I have applied light pressure and used multiple finger techniques but now luck.  I'm going to try a zip tie next.  I have only owned my Phantom 4 for 7 days so I can't imagine it is a corrosion issue.

I just tried it with a zip tie and the zip tie keeps spinning. Any ideas?
Update: I even tried using velcro and it still is only turning about 1 cm then sticking.

Sorry you are having so much trouble, try one of those can opener things and then put a zip tie around that.
It is possible that form squeezing so hard that you crimped the lens cover just a tiny bit making it even harder to get off.

It's not corrosion, it's the threads are so fine that any extreme pressure is possibly deforming the cover very slightly.
