So, on my Phantom 2 controller the battery indicator is now green, it used to be red, what happend?

It is now fully charged.

I'm not talking about battery of the Phantom, I'm talking about led indicator on Controller. When I put new battery inside the LED is red colored and when battery starts to drain the red light starts to pale. But now is't not red at all, it's green

Do you have the upgraded controller with the 4 lights next to the on/off switch and the thumb wheel for the camera?

You did a firmware update, that's where  the change came from, nothing is wrong. There is now also a feature where the controller will beep if the battery is getting too low.

"beep if the battery is getting too low"  - that has always been standard, as well as beep if you don't pull a stick for > 5min.

OK, I did update today so that's it, thanks. I have standard contoller, not the updated one

4 double A's in the back.  When batteries are fully charged, your indicator light will be  green on your controller.

They will go to red when almost depleted.
