Hi All,

I upgraded to the latest firmware and went to do a full calibration. IMU calibration will not complete now I can not fly.


IMU1 failed with Automatic Orientation Error
IMU2 Failed with Temperature Out of safe Calibration range.

History, I've flown the phantom 4 maybe 5 times ( 25 flights according to my profile ) haven't had any issues while flying and I've never crashed. Now it won't fly...




You can see the error below. I left it over night tried again on a flat surface it won't work. People in the forum have mentioned putting it in the fridge, this seems ridiculous and I'm reluctant to do this.



Any advice would be appreciated, thanks very much, I've had the phantom 12 days... I'm a little disappointed, I'm hoping its a software bug and I won't need to return it.

Hello Wes, I'd suggest you to use DJI Assistant 2 to refresh the firmware. If it doesn't help, please contact our support and send it in.
