I just recieved my unit with extra remote but my 2nd controller doesn't have a device holder, can someone at dji shed some light please?

To my knowledge all tx come with Smart holder.

My second remote was missing the harness - and no charger included either. Am I the only one missing these? It came with the tablet holder though.

Oh the harness, yes only one is included.

Yeah, just one harness and one charger shipped with the dual remote orders.

Maybe DJI is very much inspired if you think about it... aftersales

Mine came with a device holder in the box, no harness but I knew that ahead of time..
