Hi, I went through hell trying to get my Phantom to fly at my local airport where I work and my dad is the manager. I finally did get it unlocked and enjoyed flying there for a while, but recently that's changed. I recently tried to go out there and fly but it is now saying it's a restricted zone that can't be unlocked. I live in the small town of Algona, Iowa 50511 and the airport it Algona Municipal Airport (AXG). I am wondering if this can be changed, and if not, why?

I have done it through the website. The problem is it now says I can't unlock the location. I have video/picture proof that I have flown there before too!

Did you get any error message on the website?Could you please provide a screenshot and your APP account？

No, it said it unlocked at the time but when I went to fly it, it say it was a restricted zone and if a remember correctly it said something about a military zone. I have since tried unlocking it but I can only unlock the yellow part. I used to be able to fly in the red part. I have attached the picture of the unlocking, but what is my APP account? Is that like the DJI GO app?

If you want to unlock the red part, I'd suggest to email flysafe@dji.com.
