hi is there news yet on the update for the ps3 4k which dji chat told me was been done thanx

Can you post a screenshot of the chat you had, there is no firmware update for the P3 4k.

i need some one higher up to contact about this because i will be taking this issue all the way to court if i have to you have messed up and are trying to wrangle out of it you say you are working on a fix for this but your guys in the forum are saying no you got to send them in to be fixed which is it and please rember all of these chats are saved for evidence should it have to go futher

i have been in touch with them they say they will not repair it because i do not have the orignal reciet of purchase i have already told you that

You posted that there is an update for the P3 4k. There is no update for the P3 4k.
What is the issue you are having?
From your chat, if you do not have a proof of purchase then they will repair whatever is wrong but it will not be a warranty coverage since you cannot provide proof of purchase. I'm sure if you contacted the company you purchased it from they can supply you with a proof of purchase then whatever is not working correctly will be covered as long as the aircraft has not been damaged.

As far as an update, I do not know of any P3 4k issues and DJI is working on an update.

Again, I'm sorry for the difficulties you are having but please explain the issues you are experiencing in detail and I can further assist you.Also, what is your email address or ticket# and I will follow up.

What's wrong with your P3 4k ?

nothing now it would not go past 44 meters do not know what i have done but trying all different thing was not getting me any were.
then i tried one last time to put a different firmware on and still nothing.
then it said drone needs updating which failed but since then i have got some distance back .
i managed to go 130 meters high and over 200 meters in length so things look ok at the moment

Fastforward to 1st Sept and my app now tells me to update to the new firmware for the P3 4K.  Looks like they have been developing something.

Also make sure you have proper antenna orientation.

Ken, I know that the HD settings are not available with the 4k, but I do want to know how many channels it is using, i.e. 8, 16, 32 or other. I've asked this question elsewhere and Natalia will not give a direct answer to that question. Thanks

Its v2.9.0 (2601) how do you check phantom firmware as i updated this last week when prompted.  You must have old information.

The phantom 3 4k has not been updated since May.  https://dl.djicdn.com/downloads/ ... ote_en_20160509.pdf

In the General Settings, scroll down to About and that will tell you the version of your P3 4k.
Latest version is 1.5.4

It's operates in a range of 5.725 GHz – 5.825 GHz.
