i need some one higher up to contact about this because i will be taking this issue all the way to court if i have to you have messed up and are trying to wrangle out of it you say you are working on a fix for this but your guys in the forum are saying no you got to send them in to be fixed which is it and please rember all of these chats are saved for evidence should it have to go futher
