Hey guys!
Im looking to update to the latest firmware for my ronin m, but when I connnect the ronin to my macbook the assistant app on my laptop does not pick up the ronin(as if nothing is connected). I restored settings and killed motors as suggested but have not had any luck.

Is this the first time you're connecting the Ronin to this MAC? Do you get any sort of queue from your computer indicating that something was plugged in?
What kind of LED indicators are you getting from the Ronin? What operating system version are you running? In addition, it would be best if you click "reply" to the post that you're responding to, so that a notification is sent that someone responded.
