Hi,I bought phantom 3 professional two weeks ago, and was made is about 20 flights everything was fine.
But some days ago during a flight QC suddenly crushed after some minutes of using.
Seems like the issues caused by one of the props error (althougth i've checked props fixing before flight).
Sorry for your crash,rastacake. I'd suggest you to sync your flight record in DJI Go app and email support@dji.com. Our tech support will guide you to send it in for data analysis and diagnosis.

Did you mean i should send log files like "DJIFlightRecord_2016-08-17_[19-44-13].txt" that i extracted from DJI GO ios app?
I'm asking because i saw in the web other users send .dat files, but i was able to find only .txt's.
You don't need to send the .TXT file or the .DAT file, as they can check the .DAT file when the aircraft comes into their facility. To sync the flight log, you would simply select the cloud icon on the top right of the Flight Records section of the app. That will upload it to the DJI Server.
