Today  we have received the X5R and immediately tried to Osmo . when we turn it remained (left) and yellow lights (right) green.
state in software "firmware unknowd " please can anyone help ??

Hi, are you using the correct Firmware?, and use the SD card method 'only' to upgrade it.

Hi, sometimes it shows "unknown" but the firmware update is actually successful.  Have you checked the log file in the SD card?  Also, does the Osmo RAW function properly?  If not, try again, format the SD card, put the bin file into the SD card, shut down Osmo, insert the SD card, hold "trigger+record(red dot)+power switch" for about five seconds until you see LED blinking, it will stop after about five minutes.  Then start Osmo and check again.
