Hi, I just got the new Osmo Raw combo set yesterday, I found out there is this purple image recorded in raw. After I found out this problem, I tried to update firmware and also Cinelight. So now the purple image recorded in RAW dissapear, but there is still a problem with the footage as if its like sensor problem. Another thing is the proxies recorded in SD card looks just fine, my guess is the sensor should be ok. Really need some help on this. Thanks!

My Macbook Pro is a 15 inch retina Mid 2015 (OS X Yosemite 10.10.5). Cinelight's version is 0.9.26.

I just realised the problem. The purple line will appear if 1080 RAW is set, if the resolution is set to 4K RAW, this issue will not happen.

Here is 2 attachments of DNG photo, both are separately set in 1080 and 4K.

Can you also provide one or two DNG photos stored in SD card?

Hi, I exported the DNG sequence from Cinelight which is from the RAW file in SSD.

Here is the DNG photo and 2 shots of MOV from the SD card.
I have also provided 2 different screenshots from Cinelight, both was shot in 1080p. And the problem is still there.

I've just done all the checking and found out the others resolution and frame rate works fine, except for 1920 x 1080 25.

Sorry about the late response, just got a day off.

Since the 1080P @ 25  works fine on SD card, we  know that the camera and sensor is working properly, so the culprit can only be SSD.

When you were editing the videos, had you already transferred the video from SSD to your local drive?  If not, please try it. If so, please send an email to support@dji.com and send it in for repair.  Sorry about the inconvenience.

How do I transfer the file from SSD? I can't see any folder or file in the SSD. Or u mean transfer from Cinelight?

Yes, files from SSD must be transferred with Cinelight
