Dead TB 48's from DJI. Still Waiting for replacements

I ordered, 2 weeks ago, Two (2) TB48 batteries in Black from DJI for my brand new Inspire 1 Pro (which arrived with a dead "bricked" TB47 a week prior.  The DJI dealer I purchased the aircraft from replaced the bricked TB47 battery, literally the very next day.  Thanks Camrise.)   I received 2 "Bricked" TB48s from DJI 5 days later.  I called DJI and waited 1 hour and 37 mintutes to talk to someone.  They said they were aware of the problem and requested I email pictures of the batteries serial numbers and a video of what happens when I plug the batteries into a charger.  The DJI Rep. stated that DJI would be sending me 2 replacement working TB48s shortly.  I did all that was requested including the Order Number from DJI from where I ordered the batterries.  I received a Case # 222346-L8W2S9 and some other number CRM:0650000000018.  They said they would send me an email in 2 days.  I have received nothing yet.  I tried to follow up using the DJI online repair service, but it continues to say the number does not exist.  I then chatted online with a DJI Representative a few days ago and confirmed that the case number is correct and that they are working on it. The DJI Rep. stated I would be getting an email with a tracking number soon.  Well still nothing.  Frustrating not having working batteries.  Maybe someone from DJI could help me on this forum?  Has anyone else had this terrible experience a well?  Who knew the battery could "brick" itself and become unusable?  Help PLEASE!  I really love the aircraft and the camera but I need some batteries.

Sorry for your experience, Rick. Did you receive a case id beginning with CAS? What's the email address that you provide?

Yes, it says in brackets:  Case Report for TB48 [CAS-222346-L8W2S9].

I ordered 2 TB48 on August 8, 2016.  DJI Order Number 001189531012

I received the batteries today.  Almost 3 weeks later.  Just one problem though.  They are WHITE.  I ordered Black.  I have a Inspire 1 Pro Black Edition and you sent me 2 WHITE TB48's.  I just can't win.
Now what?  Box these back up and send them back and wait another 3-4 weeks for Black one's?

I just want to follow up.  Believe it or not I was called, at home, personally by a DJI rep.  I don't remember his name because I was so happy to hear from (DJI) him.  He offered to send me a Black TB48 Battery for all the trouble I have had.  I agreed.  I just reminded him to make sure it is black, please.  It's been over a week or so and I have not received any confirmation of pending shipping or a tracking number.
DJI THOR or Jamie, could you check and make sure this compromise is in progress?  Thanks again.  When I receive the battery I plan to post the rest of the story on the Phantom/Inspire forums.  Letting everyone know what great customer service DJI can provide.  Called me at home!  That's great!
