Hello, I bought brand new DJI Phantom4 from retail store in my country. But while I made payment they already open my P4 box and update firmware. But I suspicious is box opened before me, that its already used P4. Battery counter is zero. But how can identify my P4 is brand new or used.

Hello again, my flight records is shown on my tablet at three account tab. First is my pilot name, the two others is DJI retail store service center pilot name. And all my flight is shown under these two pilots (9+5=15 flight). Also I saw all 15 flights under my pilot tab. And all 15 is my flights.

I call service and asked them how to delete their pilot tabs from my account. They said to me; its because, they are update P4 with their tablets, before sell, I have to delete DJI go app from my tablet, and re install it again to fix this pilot mess.
I did synch it with cloud, And now my Level is 13 now , retail store service center level is in my pilot tab now.

But I am confused about this; for update P4 firmware are they have to activate P4 ? If yes, they may be used it before sell me. Or they can delete its records as brand new ?

I know this is minor issue beside other technical issues, but I paid 1,5 months of my salary for this and I don't want to doubt about it was 2nd hand. Thanks for helping.

I totally agree with Holger4221. And there is a similar doubt from Brazil P4 user.

DJI-Jessie has already given you an activation date that shows it is a new aircraft. The extra flights shown in the record are normal, everyone gets them because they are part of the testing done before the aircraft is shipped.

No vipersl65 I personally tame my box from retailer,but box already opened by technician for FW update.

They couldn't use it before first activation date, and they can't reset this activation; am I correct.
If yes, how can I prevent my flight records appear under retailer's pilot name.

You might get better luck by pinging another Adm or start a new thread, Jessie aka 南楠喃 has not been active for quite a while.

From the look of it, it would be an idea for DJI to make "Lookup page" for this request.

Oh dear this is getting out of hand with all these requests.

Think it is more the time of registration people are curious about.

Even so others can request this info via pm request they cant expect dji admin to monitor every thread 24/7.Maybe its just me but i see alot of people jump on the band wagon after admin post a reply to an op's question. Sorry but i find it a little annoying.
