I bought a drone P3A on 22.07.2016 and on 24.08.2016 unnecessarily just before landing with 24% battery suddenly stopped motor thus fall into the sea. After the operation of the port body and the diver was able to remove it from the bottom of the sea. My agent said to be sent to Germany to be tested. but still I have no news.

Given the current time frame, you would receive an update sometime this week. To clarify, what date does your tracking number show the unit delivered?

Do you happen to have a RMA number?

Where can i find the RMA number? I give the drone back to dealer/supplier to send to you.

Your dealer should have that information. Have you already tried getting in contact with them?

You should be receiving an update on your RMA shortly from either the dealer or the European facility directly shortly.

If your dealer notified you that it had arrived at the Europen facility, then it will take a day or so to be properly processed. I would recommend checking back with your dealer in a week or so when the unit has moved farther into the repair time process.

Can anyone tell me news for my drone?
