I can't seem to get the Micro SD card to click into place in the camera. I have not been able to lock the card in at all since we got it, and have even tried it with a couple of Micro SD cards incase some were damaged etc. I've been pushing it right down into the slot but it just seems to pop out again. Any ideas? Thanks!

The terminals will be facing up when installed correctly.

Was the original all the way in when you first received it? If not and it was originally popped then it may be defective. You may have to send the gimbal back which would be unfortunate.
