I have a battery with about 35 charges on it. The cell deviation is consistently off, sometimes by .07. I have drained it to 10 per cent or below several times and the best I can get is a .04 deviation. I have had the battery less than four months.

Is it worth taking this up with DJI before the warranty runs out?

      That is a $150 battery with consistency / deviation issues.  Yes, you should take it up with DJI before the warranty runs out.  Hopefully, DJI-Ken will pick up on this issue and give you advice.  He knows his batteries.

It is looking better today, but that is after a drain below 10 per cent and recharge. After a few flights it goes out of whack again.

This looks normal to me. A major deviation is something over .07 and if continuing for at least a minute would be a consern. Or has the same cell acting up (over .07) multiple times, more than five times or so.

Your battery is fine. If it ever shows a deviation like that again screen capture it.

Ken. I flew with this battery for the first time since I posted the photo. After recharging the cell deviation is back to .06. I sent an email to DJI support. The number is 298841. Can you please look into this. I purchased the battery in May and I would like to see this taken care of before the warranty runs out.

I still think your battery is perfectly fine. Your deviation is only .07, You are still fine with up to .2-.3 difference. After that then there may be a cell issue.
