Sorry for the late response. Suggest you take the aircraft to the shop for a diagnostic. See my latest Oct 1 post about this matter.

Mike, I have 2 Rc, master shows in about the AC fw 1.9.1.3+ while slave Rc shows 1.9.1.30.
Could you please tell me all fw versions on your hardware actually ?

The FW version for the aircraft is not consistent. Most of the time it shows 1.9.1.30 but sometimes a + appears. RC is 1.7.40, camera is 1.9.1.10 A9 Plus is 01.15.18.09

This is now quite old but thought I would let you know how I resolved the issue...
Basically the reason was that the sd card still had the firmware update installed as well as the log file
After much frustration with no video I went onto the sd log file and noted that it was attempting to reload softwareceach time and was aborting...
So I deleted both the firmware and log files and everything was ok... I was on another ptoject in remote Indonesia and had the same issue ...which upon inspection I noted the firmware was again left on following a recent update ... deleted and restarted and all ok

That is great information regarding the old updates  being left on the SD causing video issues.

OK Thanks for sharing.. There are different ways this problem can arise. Your's is an infrequent one but thanks for logging it.

Hi Rich,

I've not been flying much the last month but have an opportunity to do so in the next days and will write on this.

I havent flown in a while I got out my Inspire 1 with x5 camera today it updated the firmware and I have the NO video image transmission error? I cant figure this out any suggestions.  Im using an I pad and everything else appears ok.

Donnie has an excellent post on all the things that can give this error message on the I1 pages but these are the common ones:

1. Power up sequence: RC, aircraft, app.
2. Gimbal contact poor - jiggle the gimbal - if signal comes back, test more.
3. If that fails, check the spring contacts on the aircraft for being bent
4. If that still is a problem, go hunt down Donnies checklist.
