Can anyone tell me if there is an issue connecting or disconnecting the camera while the Inspire is powered up?  The process of powering up the inspire then exiting travel mode then powering off then connecting camera seems to be a little excessive but I am worried about damaging the unit if I power up, exit travel mode and connect the camera without powering back down first.  The same goes for the reverse process in powering down and going into travel mode.

I done it by accident the other day and it was fine for me, but i still do the normal way. Excessive but another 1 minute won't hurt

Judging by the sounds the camera makes, it seems to have a startup/shutdown procedure, so unplugging the camera without powering off the Inspire first might not do it any good in the long term.

Kinda like unplugging a memory card without ejecting it in your O/S first; once or twice probably won't hurt, but doing it as 'normal procedure' could end up harming the camera in the long run.
