i just got my new p3p yesterday. i am trying to connect to drone with my ipad but its not connecting,
the app just leaves me on with how to connect. an nothing else. i have tried a few different cords. the drone is flashing 2 quick green flashes an the red are staying on.
i previuosly owned a p3standard but have upgraded. i no longer have the p3S. is there any chance that has anyting to do with not connecting?
i seen this seems to b a common problem but whats the fix? i dont want to have to buy a new ipad or phone

9.3.5? i have a new cord but not working. cord starts up as if it's connected

im using an ipad 2. was previously using a phantom 3standard an it worked fine.
not too stoked paid $1300 for a drone that doesnt work/fly

is the p3pro not meant to work with this ipad? it worked fine with my p3standard

To clarify, do you notice whether the iPad indicates that something is connected via USB? Were you able to activate the unit prior to attempting to enter Camera View?

my ipad lights up as if its charging. when i plug it into the RC
if thats what you mean.
i open the app and it just stays at how to connect

updating firmware now
my friend just bought one an said he had the same problem so gonna give it a try

I'm looking at an iPad mini model A1455 are these compatible with the p3pro?
My biggest problem now is the battery/RC charger is faulty. I have called the company I bought it off an emailed them also. Should I contact dji directly also? Pretty frustrating but I understand these things happen

That model indicates that it's a iPad Mini 1, so that would not be a compatible device. For iOS, anything with an A7 Processor or higher would be able to run the Go app properly. That would be anything new generation system starting from iPhone 5S, iPad Air, or iPad Mini 2. After the processor, you need to ensure that you have the latest iOS operating system.

In regards to your unit, you can go through either your dealer or DJI directly to get this addressed. If you want to get in contact with the DJI Support Team, you can contact support@dji.com.
