Just noticed there is a manual download under the dl link on dji website for a inspire v2.2... after looking at it, I realized its the same manual as the 2.0... However, did I miss something? Is v2.2 New? Or is that what the pro is referred to?

That is just manual version 2.2 for Inspire 1.  Not for Inspire 2. Nothing new.

Any downloadable PDFs with version numbers are simply revisions of the reading material. If it was a new aircraft, that tends to be a little more advertised.
