Hello,

I have a P2V+ v3.0 and my tilt control has stopped working all together. With the Wheel on the controller and in the app, I get no tilt control for the camera at all. Has anyone else encountered this problem? The camera connects and I have a great feed to the app. I have calibrated in both the assistant applications as well as performed the manual calibration while not being connected and still cannot get the camera to tilt. The tilt stopped working before I updated the camera to 1.3. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I did. Each way I know how to. Both assistants and the manual way.

Did you calibrate the X1 when you were in the stick calibration, Control wheel?  Does the X1 move at all?

I tried to, but it won't move at all. The little arrow that used to move back and forth when I calculated it, is pinned all the way to the right.

click on the reverse and try to move the wheel when you are connected.

Nothing. The camera just flips to where it is shooting straight down, and I still can't move it.

Mine is doing the exact same thing.  Right out of the box no up-down with either the app or the wheel.  All updates in-place.  

This is also calibrating the camera control wheel

Working now.  I had to recalibrate the X1 switch.   BTW, what is X2?

The X2 switch?, thats the left one -  Intelligent Orientation Control, short IOC switch (off / Course lock / Home lock)

Here is the meaning of x2. just to the left under tips.  If you put your mouse on something, what it is and does id described to the left.

I calibrated mine using the RC program.  During the calibration process, after moving the sticks, I moved the wheel both ways until the indicator on the right moved back and forth several times.  Finished the calibration process (you'll notice the X1 indicator is now in the middle.  Mine now works great, no issues at all.  

This has happened to me today,the  gimbal fails to work via the app of the mini wheel on the transmitter at first it vertically down now doesn't move at all

just followed Gerry1124 post and gimbal wheel and its works thank you fully calibrated the only troubling issue is that after 4 weeks of flying why now has it started to non function

I had the same exact problem you described, with the camera tilt control feature non-operable on both the RC and the Vision app.

Today I fixed the problem!  Here's how:

Go to the PT2 Assistant software, plug your Phantom in, turn on the RC, turn on the Phantom.  Go to the "Basic" tab, then select the RC tab.  On that page on the right side, click the tab for "X1 Calibration", which is camera tilt wheel.  Then fully move the wheel in both directions, then click "Finish".  Now BOTH your RC camera tilt wheel and the Vision app camera tilt will work.

Hi I have this same issue, straight of the box. tried everything above , in software assistant is doest even recognise the the wheel moving but does in RC assistant . Everything works on the app other than camera pitch control either through the app or the x1 WHEEL. help!
