DJI.  Can you please tell us what will happen if a battery fails during flight. Has  anything  been programmed into the Matrice to react to a power failure of that  magnitude. I'm certain that you've run different failure mode  tests. It would  be helpful to know what to expect.

While  we're on that subject, it would be good to know what to expect when any of the  systems fail. It could avert disaster under certain circumstances. I understand  you can't predict every scenario. But let us know what has been programmed in and/or what you've discovered during testing so  we can at least create a contingency plan. At some point these questions will be answered one way or another.

In the case that one of the six batteries fails during flight, the M600 will re-calculate the remaining battery capacity, then hover in its current position or begin auto-landing. When the M600 hovers, you can manually land the M600 and then examine the batteries. This is covered in the M600 FAQ.

As far as other failsafes, they would be covered more in depth in the M600 manual under the RTH feature. If you're using a M600 with the A3 Pro or RTK upgrades, you would need to refer to the corresponding manuals of those components to have a better understanding of the modular redundancy failsafes.

How will the aircraft behave? Not the description in the manual. Have you had any of those things happen and how did the aircraft react?
