Tip - filming in slow motion seems to help stabalise shots. It's easier to move quickly and smoothly. It also crops out the worse of the distortion.

I have'nt experienced any distortion as can be seen in my clips i posted.Using the 10x is the trickiest has a very shallow depth of field better results when used static. 4x works well in panning.Hoping to upload some slow motion flight clips, problem choreographing the little critters. All trial and ERROR at the moment 4 hours filming today  all binned not good enough to present on the forum.

Good point and one I usually agree with, blame pi-inthesky, he told me to do it, technically I'm reviewing and recommending it, I don't make anything from it.

I don't worry about things like that, just upload any old rubbish, there's a couple of nice shots in there

You must get some distortion around the edges, I have to zoom 4k down to 1080 to remove most of it?

All the clips i've posted are 1080p auto un-edited i'm awaiting delivery of some 37mm nd filters to get more control over lighting.Hoping for more success today with the slo-motion flight sequences we'll see.
