Im using Osmo with x3 Inspire One gimbal and it always work well before the tragedy happen. I dropped my Osmo (while X3 intact) and it went to locked gimbal procedure

Did you just drop the handle, or handle + X3 are dropped together?

Hmmm... I think my post was cut.
I have reset the gimbal both hard and software/ DjiGo, but nothing happened.
The gimbal just wont move and it's not performing the usual booting procedure (that circling movement). While it can still transmitting picture to my phone.

Anyone can help?

Hi, when the osmo is off, unlock the 3 axis, then check that all the gimbal motors move freely by hand, or are some axis's stiff to move?
