I alrerady have a RMA / case number and I'm packing up my item for return. However, The first step in the list DJI provided in order for me to to properly ship the battery back to DJI stated:
"1. Please fill out and print the Customer Information Sheet attached to this email/ticket. This is required for every RMA."
Unfortunately there was NO attachment on the email and even looking on the dji.zendesk.com website I can find no "Customer Information Sheet" or link to anything similar. I don't know if the "request form" I filled out earlier is the same thing as the "Customer Information Sheet" -- can I get some clarification?!? |
