Unfortunately, we just don't have any information in regards to any upcoming announcements for the Inspire 2. Any potential releases would be made available on the DJI Website first.

Maybe a crisp $5 bill will loosen your lips?

It will be released to coincide with Lidong (Chinese onset of winter) so around the 7th or 8th of November.
Additions will be FPV camera and obsticle avoidance.
