I think you should send both of them back to USA if you have to go to all that trouble to get osmo going it's just not worth it, and it's obliviously freezing cold because you have to do it all with woolly gloves, good luck with that.....

And who will pay for the shipping cost in the US? If OSMO would send 100% replacement with new OSMO handles — then I agree.
