Great repair experience with DJI

I have a P3 and P4.  Completed the June P3 update.  Flew the bird twice on short flights with no issue.  On 3rd flight, with the bird only about 700-800 ft away, I lost contact with P3 and iPad mini screen went blank.  Right before this happened, I got a warning asking if I wanted to activate RTH, which I did.  The P3 crashed on the way back home, hitting some trees, and it took quite a fall.  Suprisingly, not too much physical damage to the body.  After I replaced a prop or two that had cracked, all seemed fine, but I got an "ESC" error when I tried to fly.

Unfortunatley, the main board burned up due to the props spinning after it crashed.  Sent it to DJI in CA and they fixed it for free.  Thank you DJI!  The entire process of regular email updates and status reports was very impressive.  Many companies could learn from their process.
