I have just gone through the same problem with a Graupner MC32 and Lightbridge.
If you use the Graupner radio set through Lightbridge you need to set your TX DSC output port to PPM24 to get 12 channels…. thats it … thats all you can use so the remaining 4 channels on my TX are redundant.
This now turns your Graupner TX into a dumb box with knobs and switches with no signal strength or telemetry.
I didn't like the idea of putting all control through a single box so have sold the Lightbridge and have gone back to a traditional set up using 2 receivers (1 for flight control and 1 for gimbal control) This makes it easy to swap between single operator and dual operator via binding and unbinding receivers and model change.
I now have full control of my S900 again and am in the process of getting a dedicated HD video transmitter. I have fitted a FPV camera with iOSD and a camera switch so i can still get my on screen display.
if you are connecting Graupner to an A2 have a read of my other thread relating to this,

Hope this helps, i went down this path but went back to splitting the control and video due to a lot of issues i was having with reliability.
You need good reliable control of your machine first (which i had with the Graupner) and then think of HD video secondly, you are recording HD locally at the multi rotor anyhow and you should be flying line of sight. |
