Hi All, I have followed the manual and tried a few times but to no avail. Insatlled the Windows Driver, Installed the DJI Zenmuse Assistant software, when I plug the GCU in to the PC it recognises it as you hear the familar noise but the Assistant software dosn't recognise it. The Gimbal is working as can tilt the camera fine, just no Video diaplayed.

Ok, got a bit further, since Windows 10 had to Install correct driver now I get 1 solid blue and 1 solid green light. Firewall disabled and no AV Software.

Hi, addressed but not fixed, still one green and one blue solid light so can't see or update the firmware.

A green and blue LED would indicate that you're connected to the software. What appears in the Upgrade section of the Assistant Software? Could you happen to provide a screenshot?

Hi, please see pic, have disabled everything on the Laptop so nothing is stopping the communication.

Your Assistant Software looks odd, what version are you running? The GH4 Assistant version is 1.4. Please try reinstalling the software from the Download section below:

Hi Jamie, good shout, didn't need updated but can now see as pic below, still no Video signal though
