X5 folks what do you have for your custom sharpness settings? I'm getting some awful footage with the latest firmware.. Its perfetly usable but just not as good as Ive seen it in the past..

I shoot in log.I was shooing 0-0-0 but just tried some in -3(sharpness)-0-0


Maybe I just havn't shot much foliage scenes before I'm sure it should look better than this...

Today my drone arrived from service in Germany, and after 2 moths of waiting they don't fix anything.
It's all firmware bug, because befeore updates image quality was perfect even on sharpnes -3.
Service gave me new camera but nothing changed!

What firmware is the good quality?

I've now switched to Cine-D and none / standard in the custom picture modes. Much better picture!

I have heard about a lot of issues regarding D-log so I stay away from it for now. It's a shame that DJI can't just fix it already. I use Cine-D if I need to otherwise I just leave color options on normal.

It's not fault of d-log but problem with firmware, my aircraft arrived again after another 2 weeks and they send me again 1.9 version with terrible image... it's my third repair.
This service is bad joke really, never trust any updates from this company! I remember my ronin drifting after update...
I'm really pissed of because I've spend 4000$ and got phantom quality or even worse.

@dopeytree image that you've posted is terrible. Quality is not even comparable to state when my aircraft have oldest basic firmware. You have the exactly the same issue.
I don't have more energy to deal with this creepy service 4th time, so I have to return my drone immediately!
