This red warning there where used to appear "Safe to fly GPS", so what have I done??

I did connect P4 to my laptop (connect, then turn on the craft) via standard USB and run Assistant 2 to see if there is firmware update - seen some rumours that new was released yesterday, but it showed me that my firmware is the latest one (the one from mid July or so) so I just downloaded some flight data...now I'm not sure what exactly I've done as I'm quite careful about plugging/unlugging running things so I think I turned off the drone and unplugged it after... Run DJI Go app, turned the P4 back on (to come through some set ups in my home) and this warning appeared... Restarted it and it was ok, but it was of course in the battery history (current status - normal). I put this battery aside, went for a good flight with other two and in the end tried this battery and again "Battery damaged cell",  of course I didn't try to fly, not even turned on the motors.

So what the heck have I done wrong??

If it stays so, it means the battery is unsafe to fly with or it will just have less capacity?

Warranty?? It's two weeks old!

Btw is it true, that firmware updates you should do for EVERY battery separately?

Yes but the DJI App' should tell you if any updates required.

Or when running update from assistant 2power down aircraft, change battery, power aircraft back up and re-run update, this time it should just update battery if it is needed.

Yes but the DJI ...

Hi, I'd suggest you to email support.eu@dji.com and send it in for evaluation.
To clarify , did you try to discharge and full charge the battery?

I didn't try anything before I get some advice.
I will do it, see result and if it won't help I can actually take it to the store I got my P4 - RC model specialists, official dji dealer and they do also service and repairs so they may help as well (it's just 50miles drive so wanted to get some info here first).

Hello,
I'm Edam from Maldives. Today I tried to fly my  and all of sudden it said ready to fly but then suddenly it showed another message saying battery damaged. When I enter there it shows one cell of the battery is broken. Why the hell this happen all of a sudden. And it also shows firmware is latest. It's 5 months old drone.

Hi Edam,have you tried to completely discharge the battery and recharge it?
Please post a screenshot of battery settings.
I'll help to check it.
