We recently got to test out our Zenmuse XT AR camera. One thing that we quickly noticed was that when using the bounding box to get a high, average, low we get an extreme temperature reading for the low. Like 4000 degrees F (which obviously isn't low). The high comes in fine but the low is way off in its reading but seems to be spot on for where we would expect the location of it to be. Anyone else run into this?

Where did you buy the thermal ZENMUSE XT THERMAL?  I see it on DJI.COM but it did not give me the opportunity to purchase it?

I believe i'm having the same problem. Using it inside the temperature is correct but outside in freezing temperatures the low is showing 6000 celsius when correct temperature should be -8.

Wonder what could cause this?
