I see a lot of people complain about poor customer service, and its not amazing, thats for sure, but it isnt the worst customer service. In my opinion, Nintendo has some of the best customer service, and dell has a good repair policy, them sending the replacement first, and having you send the computer back in the box that had the replacement. But DJI isnt that bad. they were helpful to me. I didnt experience any major problems so far. This is a company that deals with a technology that is incredibly fragile and prone to errors, and with such advanced tech and tons of users, im sure they get tons of repair requests. And since i know some people have had good experiences with them so i was interested in seeing how many people had positive experiences with DJI support. In my opinion, they were pretty good, there is room for improvement, but i felt like they handled it well.
